Welcome to Swansea Open House; now in its seventh popular year

Swansea Open House is a free event that provides a once a year chance to see inside buildings not normally open to the public in Swansea.

The 2010 event takes place on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September in venues across Swansea.

The event is suitable for all ages and includes something for everyone: from the large Civic institutions of the Local Authority, to small voluntary sector projects. Swansea Open House showcases the gems of our built environment, as well as providing a fascinating glimpse of what goes on behind closed doors with a range of guided tours and exhibits.

And all for free!

The 2010 event details are now up on the programme page of the site; the new brochure will be uploaded shortly. Details will also be available from Tourist Information Centres in Swansea and from participating venues from late summer 2010.
